  Circle Health Limited has asked the CCP to assess whether NHS Wiltshire has acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition, by imposing restrictions on providers providing or seeking to provide elective care under an ‘any willing provider' model of care.

• NHS Western Cheshire conduct complaint
  InterHealth Care Services (UK) Limited has asked the CCP to assess whether NHS Western Cheshire has acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition in its commissioning of the Cheshire and Merseyside NHS Treatment Centre.

• East Midlands Conduct Complaint
  Nottingham Care Association, Derbyshire Care Home Association and Lincolnshire Care Association have asked the CCP to assess whether each of the PCTs: Nottingham City; Nottinghamshire County; Derby City; Derbyshire County; and Lincolnshire; have acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition.

• North Lancashire Conduct Complaint
  Lancashire Care Association has asked the CCP to assess whether North Lancashire (as lead commissioner for 24 Primary Care Trusts in the North West Strategic Health Authority) has acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition.

• North West Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services conduct complaint
  Medical Services (a division of Lewis Day Transport plc) has asked the CCP to assess whether NHS Blackpool (on behalf of the PCTs of the North West Strategic Health Authority) has acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition in its purchasing of non-emergency patient transport services contracts from North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust.

• Operation of 'any willing provider' for the provision of routine elective care under 'free choice'
  The CCP has been asked by the Department of Health and Monitor to conduct a study into the operation of the 'any willing provider' model of choice in acute elective NHS-funded healthcare services in the context of the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition (Principles and Rules).

  Ealing PCT's provider services arm, Harrow PCT's provider services arm and Ealing Hospital NHS Trust are proposing to merge to form an Integrated Care Organisation.

  Dr Ross Hobson t/a Windmill Dental Suite has brought a procurement appeal to the CCP in relation to a procurement by NHS North of Tyne for the provision of NHS Primary Care Specialist Orthodontic Services.
